Your AI operating system. Built with you in one day.
I run eight businesses on one AIOS. On 25 August in Melbourne, you'll build yours — and walk out running it.
The shift
Before the day, and after.
Not theory. The actual week-to-week that changes for an owner running a real business.
Eight hours a week chasing leads and quotes
All followed up overnight, in your voice
Two hours to write a quote from scratch
A quote drafted in ninety seconds, edited in five
A dozen tools, none of them talking to each other
One system that reads across all of them
Evenings lost to admin the day forgot
Evenings back — the system did admin at 6pm
A VA, a strategist, and three subscriptions
One operator that costs less than any of them
What you build
Six modules. One system. Yours by 3pm.
Not slides about AI. We build the thing, in order, on your laptop, using your business.
- Module 01●
Install & Identity
Get the stack installed on your machine and teach it who you are, how you work, and what you are building.
- Module 02●
Context
Load your business into it — offers, customers, numbers, documents — so every answer is about your business, not a generic one.
- Module 03●
Connect
Plug it into the tools you already run: email, calendar, files, spreadsheets, and your CRM.
- Module 04●
Intel
Point it at the outside world — research, competitors, market signal — and get a briefing every morning.
- Module 05●
Automate
Turn the work you repeat every week into agents and scheduled jobs that run without you.
- Module 06●
Operate
Run the whole thing day to day, with the checks that keep you the decision-maker.
The day
9am, laptops open.
3pm, you leave running it.
Every hour is a module. Nothing runs long. Nothing runs abstract. The installer sits with you until yours is up.
Standard: coffee, tea, snacks through the day. Elite: proper three-course sit-down at 12:15, plus a networking hour after close.
| Time | What we do |
|---|---|
| 9:00am | Laptops open. Install & Identity — your AIOS exists by morning tea. |
| 10:00am | Context — we load your real business in. |
| 11:15am | Connect — email, calendar, files, CRM. |
| 12:15pm | Lunch. Standard: coffee and snacks. Elite: three-course sit-down. |
| 1:00pm | Intel — research and your daily briefing. |
| 1:45pm | Automate — your first agents go live. |
| 2:30pm | Operate — the daily run, and how you keep control. |
| 3:00pm | You leave with a working system, running. |
Who it's for
Every industry. Real specifics.
This isn't a "learn AI" workshop. You leave with something built for what you do. A quick sketch of what that looks like across nine common shapes.
E-commerce
Product-launch briefs, review-mining, ad-copy variants — from your Shopify data, not generic prompts.
Real estate
Listing writeups, appraisal follow-up sequences, an agent that watches your CRM for silence.
Trades & services
Quote assembly from a photo, job scheduling, an inbox agent that never misses a callback.
Coaching & consulting
Session prep from client notes, recap-and-plan drafts, an audience machine that runs on your calls.
Agencies
Client reporting, brief-to-deck drafts, an internal ops agent so juniors deliver on the day.
Finance & bookkeeping
Client digests, month-end narratives from Xero, a workflow that catches anomalies before they do.
Wellness & clinics
Intake summaries, follow-up cadences, a client-communication agent that respects consent windows.
Beauty & lifestyle
Booking recovery, testimonial mining, a content agent that turns your day into two posts and a reel brief.
Hospitality
Roster QA, supplier follow-up, a menu-and-margin agent that reads your POS at close every night.
Something else? If you use a computer to run it, this applies to you.
Two ways in
Both build the same thing.
One gets more of me.
Standard for the full build day. Elite if you want the smaller room, the lunch, and a follow-up call in the fortnight after.
System-runs-by-3pm guarantee. If yours isn't up by close, full refund on the spot. No paperwork.
The full build day.
- The full six-module build, 9:00am to 3:00pm
- Your AIOS installed and running on your own laptop
- Coffee and snacks through the day
- Every template and prompt we use on the day
- Recording of the walkthroughs
Same build, smaller room, more of me.
- Everything in Standard
- Capped at 10 seats — I get to your screen fast
- Three-course sit-down lunch
- Networking hour after close
- A 30-minute follow-up call in the fortnight after
Before you come
Two things. They're not optional.
A laptop, 8GB RAM or more
Mac or Windows. No Chromebooks, no tablets — we install real software and you need admin rights on the machine. Bring your charger.
An active Claude Max plan
About $155 AUD/month, paid to Anthropic, not included in your ticket. Have it live before the day — we don't spend the morning on sign-ups. Instructions the moment you book.
Who's in the room
Hamza.
Not a training company.
I built AIOS for myself. It runs eight of my ventures — a media agency, a cleaning business, a car-detailing arm, an AI video studio, an operator called Jarvis, and three more. Every prompt, every agent, every automation in the workshop is one I use every day.
I'm not going to teach you "AI". I'll build with you the same operating system I run myself. If it doesn't hold up on your business by 3pm, you get your money back before you leave the room.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
What if I can't make 25 August?
Tell us before the day and we'll move your seat to the next city at no extra cost, whatever the price has moved to by then. Send someone from your team in your place if it's easier.
Who owns what we build?
You do. The system, the prompts, the agents, the automations — all of it running on your laptop and your own accounts. Nothing is locked to us. Nothing to keep paying us for.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can install an app and follow along, you can do this. We build in plain English, step by step. The people who get the most out of it are operators who know their business well, not engineers.
Why do I need Claude Max?
The system runs on Claude Max — about $155 AUD a month, paid directly to Anthropic. Have it live before the day so we don't spend the morning on sign-ups. Instructions arrive the moment you book.
What actually happens after the day?
You leave with a working system, the recordings of every walkthrough, and the exact templates we used. Elite attendees also get a 30-minute follow-up call in the fortnight after — for whatever broke, or whatever you want to add next.
Is this the same as the AIOS Course?
Same six modules. The course is self-paced, on your own. The workshop is me in the room with you for a day, building on your business. If you can be in Melbourne, be in the room.
What's the refund policy?
If your system isn't running by 3pm on the day, full refund on the spot. No paperwork. It has never come to that — but the promise is the promise.
Can't make Melbourne?
The AIOS Course — $297 founding price.
The same six modules, self-paced, at your own desk. Founding price now. Rises to $500 once every module has shipped.
One day. One system. Yours.
Book the seat. I'll be in Melbourne on the 25th.
